Delivery and Shipping
Once you have placed your order online, we aim to process your order within the next business day. The delivery carriers we use are Courier Please, Fastway and our own in-house delivery personnel. We select the carrier on a case by case basis dependent on parcel size, delivery location and/or cost.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to get most orders delivered to you within 5-7 business days of the order being placed. In most cases, it’s much sooner.
How far will you deliver?
We deliver Australia wide.
Where’s my tracking details?
The only time we can’t provide tracking details is if we use our own in-house delivery driver. Courier Please and Fastway are our preferred delivery carrier and will always have tracking details attached to the order.
What happens if I'm not home to sign for the delivery?
The delivery carrier will arrange a re-delivery or leave a calling card for the receiver to collect their parcel from a local collection point.
How do I add delivery instructions like authority to leave (ATL)?
At the product/checkout page, there will be a comment box for special delivery instructions. We will do our best to follow these instructions.
Do you ship to PO Boxes, Lockers, Private Bag, etc?
Unfortunately we can't. Our delivery carrier doesn't have the rights to.
